Paul Gardner (1974-2011)

Paul Gardner accepted an honorable discharge in 2010 for injuries relating to his service in the U.S army. He received VA care for severe back pain and TBI side effects, and was prescribed numerous medications. Tragically Paul passed away due to an accidental medication overdose. The Paul Gardner Veterans Pain Relief Foundation was created in his memory, to serve the many veterans in need of   non-narcotic options for rehabilitation and relief from chronic pain.
